The life super app for your day, your health and your money.
StarHub is a life super app that brings your planner, notes, expenses, medication schedules, health activity and everyday calculators into one private, connected experience. AI-assisted reminders and insights keep the day organised, so you spend less time switching apps and more time living it.
Too many apps, too little attention
A typical day runs across a calendar, a to-do list, a notes app, a banking app, a pill reminder, a step counter and a calculator. Each one is fine on its own. Together they fragment your attention and scatter the data that describes your life.
App fragmentation
Every job lives in a different app with its own login, notifications and logic. StarHub puts planner, notes, money, health and utilities under one roof.
Constant context switching
Jumping between apps to check a date, a balance and a dose breaks focus. In StarHub they sit side by side, so the day takes one glance instead of five.
Scattered personal data
Expenses, health records and notes are spread across services that never talk to each other. StarHub keeps them in one encrypted vault that you own.
Reminders that actually land
One reminder engine covers meetings, tasks, bills and medication, so the right nudge arrives at the right moment, not under twenty notification icons.
Insight instead of noise
Because planner, spending and health live together, StarHub can point out patterns a single-purpose app never sees, in plain language.
One experience for the people around you
Families share lists and schedules. Teams share plans and wellbeing programmes. Everyone keeps a private space nobody else can open.
Six modules, one connected day
StarHub is organised into modules that share a single personal data vault. Use one or use them all: each module works on its own and gets better when the others are switched on.
Planner, calendar and tasks
Day, week and month views with tasks, events and reminders in one timeline, so the plan you see is the plan you actually have.
- Calendar with day, week and month views
- Tasks with due dates, priorities and sub-tasks
- Recurring tasks, events and reminders
- Shared lists and schedules for a household or a team
- Focus view showing only what is due today
- Links from tasks to notes, expenses and health records
What you notice first
The morning view: meetings, tasks, a bill that is due and a dose you must not miss, together and in order, with nothing to open elsewhere.
See who StarHub is designed forNotes, voice memos and screen recording
Capture an idea, a meeting or a walkthrough in whatever form suits the moment, then find it in seconds.
- Rich notes with checklists, tags and search
- Voice memos stored with the note
- Screen recording for walkthroughs and how-to clips
- Notes attached to events, tasks or health records
- Notebooks for work, home, study and health
- Templates for meeting notes, journals and plans
What you notice first
A voice memo from the car becomes a note beside tomorrow's meeting, and a screen recording sits inside the task it explains.

The small tools you reach for a dozen times a week, built into the same app instead of scattered across the phone.
- Scientific calculator
- Unit converter for length, weight, volume and temperature
- EMI and instalment calculator
- Age and date-difference calculator
- Currency calculator
- Results saved straight into a note or an expense
What you notice first
A currency conversion that drops into an expense entry, and an EMI calculation saved beside the loan documents it relates to.
See how the modules fit togetherThe AI assistant
The assistant reads only your own data and uses it to remind, summarise and suggest. It never takes an action you did not ask for.
- Smart reminders timed around your calendar and habits
- Daily and weekly summaries of plans, spending and health
- Spending-pattern insights and budget warnings
- Medication adherence and activity trends
- Recommendations you can accept, dismiss or switch off per module
- Every insight explained in plain language, with the data behind it
What you notice first
An observation such as "three late-evening meetings and two missed doses this week" arrives as a helpful note, not a lecture.
Want a conversational assistant for customers? Meet StarBotOne vault, four layers, every device
StarHub is designed for phone, tablet and web. Whatever you enter on one device is available on the others, and everything rests on one encrypted personal data vault shared by the modules and the AI assistant.
Personal data vault
Planner, notes, money, health and utility data live in one vault, encrypted in transit and at rest, with a hard boundary between your data and anyone else's.
Module layer
Each module sits on top of the vault and shares the same records, so a bill, a task and a reminder are one object rather than three copies.
AI insights layer
Reads from the vault and writes reminders, summaries and recommendations back as suggestions that show their basis and can be switched off.
Device sync
One account on phone, tablet and web, kept in step, so a task ticked on your phone is done on your tablet too.

Built for the people who carry the day

Busy professionals
Meetings, tasks, expenses and a little health discipline in one place. Start the day with one view and end it with a summary of what moved.
Families
Shared shopping lists, school schedules, bills and medication for children or parents, while each person's own notes and records stay private.
Students
Lecture notes with voice memos, assignment deadlines, a budget that lasts the month and calculators for every course.
People managing a condition
Medication schedules, adherence history, appointments and vitals, ready to show a clinician and easy to share with a carer you trust.
Freelancers and founders
Expense records, EMI and currency tools, client notes and a planner that holds invoicing days as well as delivery days. When the business outgrows a notebook, StarBiz is next door.

Your life in one app means your rules on the data
A super app only earns trust if the person using it stays in control. StarHub is built on four commitments: you own the data, you can take it with you, it is encrypted everywhere, and you decide who sees what.
Data ownership
The records you create belong to you and are used only to provide the service to you. They are not sold or shared with third parties for their own purposes.
Export at any time
Notes, records, expenses and health data export in standard formats, so you can move, back up or share them on your own terms.
Encryption in transit and at rest
Data travels over encrypted connections and is stored encrypted inside the personal vault, on every platform.
Permission controls
Sharing is per item and per person. A family member sees the shared list, not your notes; an administrator sees participation, not your records.
Device and session control
See which devices are signed in and sign any of them out remotely if a phone is lost or replaced.
Deletion that means deletion
Delete a record, a module's history or your whole account, and it is gone from the vault and every synced device.
The question we ask of every StarHub feature is simple: would you be comfortable if this data were your own? If the answer is no, the feature does not ship.
Have a specific question about hosting, data residency or how health data is handled? An engineer answers, not a script.
Read our privacy policy for how we handle personal data.
A wellbeing and productivity companion for your people
Deploy StarHub as a branded app for employees, members or a community. People get a personal command centre they will actually use; the organisation gets a programme it can actually run.
- Employee wellbeing and productivity programmes with participation dashboards
- White-label deployment with your name, colours and onboarding flow
- Team spaces for shared plans alongside private personal modules
- Integration with StarBiz HR for leave, attendance and employee records
- Conversational help inside the app through StarBot
Employee wellbeing programmes
Give every employee the planner, health and money tools, then run programmes on top: activity goals, check-ins and timely reminders. Dashboards show participation and aggregate trends, never an individual's records.
Community and member apps
Clubs, associations, schools and residential communities get a shared calendar, notices and resources beside each member's personal tools, under one brand.
Connected to StarBiz
Where StarBiz runs HR, StarHub can show leave balances, attendance and announcements to the employee and route requests back, so the personal app and the business system stay in step.

The StarHub life super app, answered
Is StarHub for individuals or for organisations?
Both. An individual or a family uses StarHub as a personal command centre for planning, notes, money and health. An organisation deploys it as a branded wellbeing and productivity companion for employees, members or a community, with team spaces alongside each person's private modules.
Which devices does StarHub work on?
StarHub is designed for phone, tablet and web. One account keeps every device in step, so a task ticked on your phone is done on your tablet and a note started at a desk can be finished on the move.
Who owns the data I put into StarHub?
You do. Your records are stored in an encrypted personal vault, encrypted in transit and at rest, and used only to provide the service to you. You can export your notes, records, expenses and health data at any time, and deleting a record or your account removes it from the vault and from sync. See our privacy policy for the detail.
Can my family or team share plans, lists and reminders?
Yes. Sharing is per item and per person. A household can share shopping lists, schedules and bills, and a team can share plans and programme goals, while everyone's private notes, expenses and health records stay private.
How does the AI assistant help without getting in the way?
The assistant reads only your own data and uses it to time reminders, summarise your day or week, and point out patterns in spending, activity and medication adherence. Every suggestion shows what it is based on, can be dismissed in one tap and can be switched off per module. It never takes an action you did not ask for.
